BuildMySheets is an AI-powered tool that generates custom Google Sheets spreadsheets based on user prompts. Our service creates spreadsheets with formulas, Google Apps Script automations, example data, and documentation directly in your Google Drive.

2. Account and Authentication

To use BuildMySheets, you must authenticate with your Google account. By authenticating, you grant us permission to:

• Create Google Sheets in your Google Drive
• Add formulas and Apps Script code to those spreadsheets
• Access your basic profile information (email address)

We only access your Google account to create the spreadsheets you request. We do not read, modify, or delete any existing files in your Google Drive.

3. Google API Usage

BuildMySheets uses Google APIs to create spreadsheets. Our use of Google APIs complies with theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

When using BuildMySheets, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and appropriate prompts
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Review generated spreadsheets before using them for critical business purposes
• Take responsibility for any data you enter into generated spreadsheets

5. Generated Content

Spreadsheets generated by BuildMySheets are created in your Google Drive and belong to you. However, please note:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Generated formulas and scripts should be reviewed before use in production
• Example data is fictional and for demonstration purposes only
• We do not guarantee that generated content will meet specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

BuildMySheets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: data loss, business interruption, financial losses, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use generated spreadsheets at your own risk.

7. Service Availability

As a beta service, BuildMySheets may experience downtime, bugs, or feature changes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
